Warranty Policy

Mauviel offers a limited lifetime warranty to our products

Warranty covers defects in workmanship; it doesn’t include the following:

Presence of hot spots

Overheating or use coming from cooking spray

Presence of water spots

Commercial use

Normal wear and tear

Claim Process:

1. Send an email to customerhelp@mauviel.com describing the reason being of the claim, please attach pictures of the piece you are requesting a claim for
2. Wait for a reply from Customer Service, which will be receiving between 48 and 72-hours after the email has been received
3. An assessment will be made with the provided information
4. If claim goes through customer Service will provide return instructions with a Return Authorization Number (RMA); your item will be either replaced or repaired

Warranty claim process lasts between 7 and 10 days
