MAUVIEL 1830 RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Full refunds are only available for purchases made directly through mauviel.ca and not our retail partners. All refund requests for orders made outside of mauviel.ca must go through the original place of purchase in accordance with their refund policy.

  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 21 days of receipt of goods. Please contact us at customerhelp@mauviel.com with the following information:
    • Order Number
    • Product Name(s) and Product Number(s)
    • Reason for Return/Exchange
  • All returns must have a Returns Authorization Merchandise (RMA) number. The RMA number will allow our Warranty department to associate your returned item with your purchase to ensure swift resolution of your return claim.
  • Do not return any items without our authorization. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.
  • If there are any delays due to weather conditions or any nature-related problems. Shipping charges will not be refundable.
  • Products must be unused, packed in their original packaging and without any damage.
  • We don't accept returns for used items unless the item is defective.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
  • If you are returning an item because of a mistake on our part (i.e., the item is defective or wrong item was received), we will pay for the return shipping costs. If you are returning an item for another reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • No credit will be given for items returned after 21 days or not in the received condition with all packing material included. Items that are not in new and unused condition and in the original manufacturer packaging will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
  • Allow 2 to 3 weeks before inquiring about return credits. We need to inspect every return carefully.
  • Returning a used product will result in no possible refund.
  • If you received a Gift with your purchase, you must return it in the same condition you received it; failure to this claim, will result in no possible refund.
  • Special order items are non-returnable.
  • Mauviel 1830. is not responsible for returned items until they are received by us. As such, customers should insure their returned items. Package insurance is free (up to $100) with UPS and FedEx.
  • Mauviel 1830. is not responsible for items lost in transit or items sent without an approved RMA.


Damaged Items 

  • In the unlikely event that you receive a broken item you must email us within 5 days to customerhelp@mauviel.com. Please include the following information:
    • Order Number
    • Product Name(s) and Product Number(s)
    • Pictures of the damage
  • If the item arrived damaged, don't use it, report it within 5 days after you have received it.

  • Please retain all the original packaging including the brown box and all associated paperwork that came with your order (specially from the carrier, such like shipping label and any other documentation from the carrier); also any manuals, warranty information, and other relevant documents.
  • Expedite shipping charges will not be refunded under any condition.

Defective Items

  • In the unlikely event that your item is defective within 21 days of purchase, we will ship a replacement once we have received the defective unit. We will be responsible for all shipping charges of both the replacement and the defective units. Please reach out to us to the following email customerhelp@mauviel.com. Please include the following information
    • Order Number
    • Product Name(s) and Product Number(s)
    • Pictures of the defect
  • Please retain all the original packaging including the brown box and all associated paperwork that came with your order (specially from the carrier, such like shipping label and any other documentation from the carrier); also any manuals, warranty information, and other relevant documents.
  • If the item arrived defective, don't use it, report it within 21 days after you have received it.
